Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

 

In a Market place that is rapidly changing, change management becomes a relevant role to assess changes and to build actionable plans to support teams and associates in their readiness and ability to work in new ways of working.

 

Your Impact:

 

As CARICAM Change Management Leader your responsibilities would consist of

·  Leads, articulates and develops Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption, successful planning, delivery, business centralization and sustainable on going, for the full scope of the program
·  Develops and implements change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment
·  Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout transformation life-cycle to ensure buy-in and adoption of the change
·  Interact with different levels of Sponsors and Stakeholders (e.g GM’s, Sr. Directors, Directors, OU Leaders) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition/change scenario
·  Map critical changes in order to avoid ruptures and risk to the Organization. Responsible to monitor the proposed action plan and build the impact assessment
·  Influences and partners with the Sponsors, Project leader, Project manager, Communications, Training, Culture and Org design in the execution of the change Management plans
·  Define key change roles for initiatives and coaches and assesses leaders on their change roles throughout the change
·  Measures Change Management effectiveness and socializes the Change management monthly dashboard and status
·  Partners and supports CU HRBPs and Finance Value Realization to build AOP budget according to design and supports day to day Org Design and Change Management requirements
·  Identifies issues and risks in the different change management components and communicate accordingly to sponsors and Project leader
Qualifications

Experience

·  +2 years of experience in HR/Transformation/ Change Management
·  Creative problem solver who see connections in data
·  The ability to plan and manage change initiatives and their impact to people, processes and technology, including the planning and delivery of necessary organization communications to enable the change.
·  Internal consultancy skills
·  Strong Project Management capability
·  Experience in company-wide Cultural Transformation
·  Strategic Thinking
·  Negotiation & Communication Skills
·  Self- starter & self -managed
·  Experience presenting to senior executives
·  Demonstrated ability to translate research into insights that can drive business growth
·  Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals
·  Superior influencing skills to deliver results through others without solid line direct reports
·  100% bilingual (English & Spanish required)
