Overview
The Cash App Lead, Order-To-Cash / Finance will lead the subprocess team for billing and payment remittance processing (cash application).
This role will be critical in the development and delivery of these processes and systems for the PQGC Project. This role is expected to oversee the development of the agenda in the planning and execution of various sprints (design, build, test), collaborating with other project value streams and business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to navigate through project work.
In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across PQGC.
This role will work closely across the organization with the larger PQGC PGT project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.
Percent Travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
· Responsible for successfully and sustainably implementing the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of billing and payment remittance processing (cash application).
· Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities.
· Be the link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project
· Execute \"agile\" sprints to introduce and actively participate in the demo for harmonized processes, taking the outputs through to resolution
· Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
· Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
· Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training
· Provide post-go-live support
Compensation and Benefits
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

· Ability to visualize new business processes across the PQGC organization
