Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The BT Manager has the role of translating PMF’s strategic agenda into actionable strategic priorities, in the form of transformational programs. Responsible for co-developing transformational capabilities for the future (tied to strategic vision) and re-designing key cross-functional processes/ WoW through defining, designing, setting up, executing, delivering value & ensuring handoff of transformation programs to functions. The BT Manager is a key member of the BT Leadership Team, being actively involved in People Management, Culture, and Mentoring. This role will be focused on the evolution of our entire Value chain capabilities, partnering with functional teams in thinking the future set of capabilities to enable growth and efficiency.
Your Impact
As BT Manager, your scope would consist of …
Lead a portfolio of BT Programs focused on Value Chain evolution
· Identify strategic priorities, aligned to PMF strategic agenda
· Define & align scope (inc. ambition, objectives, role of BT, alignment with global & Latam framework & agenda, team required, local stakeholders’ buy in)
· Setup (inc. governance structure, meeting cadence, resources, critical path)
· Execute (inc. problem solving, capabilities development, operating model redesign, project Mgmt., results delivery, visibility, change mgmt.)
· Partner & drive relationships (inc. stakeholder management, team & function alignment)
· Close & handoff (inc. change mgmt., capability building & program transfer)
Manage day to day operation of BT Program Teams
· Lead team ~2-4 FTEs assigned to BT Programs (Analysts, Coordinators & Jr. Managers)
· Lead day to day operation of BT Program Teams , working together with Functions & BT Sr. Director to meet critical path, and raise issues when required
· Develop, train, coach & mentor BT team
Become a true Partner with other Functions & Areas across PMF & LATAM
· Work in close collaboration with Functions & Areas to co-lead BT programs
· Build and demonstrate empathy , building strong relationships with program map
· Drive capability building efforts within Functions & Areas,
Support Director in creation & execution of the BT Agenda
· Aligned with PMF’s Strategic Priorities, have an active role in annual BT Agenda definition
· Have an active role in the evaluation & prioritization of BT programs
· Promote E2E visibility of projects & alignment to PMF’s strategic priorities
· Support Director in creation & promotion of BT Culture
· Lead by example as a role model in teamwork, new ways of working, and accountability
· Become a referent when it comes to constant learning mindset, bringing unique insights regarding latest trends, technology, and transformation
· Support Director in execution of training and learning plans within BT
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
· 5+ yr. experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation , or relevant role
· 5+ yr. experience leading multi-functional teams in a project setting with results delivery
· Experience leading with latest transformation challenges, with solid background in digital disruption and/ or evolution
· Experience in Value chain / Supply chain strategic or transformational roles within PepsiCo or related industries – Experience in IBP (integrated business planning) is desired

· Exceptional ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, partnerships across Functions & Areas, and ability to influence and move toward a common vision or goal
· Exceptional problem-solving skills, including structuring problems, researching, interviewing, analyzing data, and giving recommendations using hypothesis approach
· Exceptional ability to effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
· Demonstrated experience in project management & results delivery of extensive multi-phase projects, leveraging new ways of working (e.g., agile)
· Impeccable organizational skills , ability to structure projects and create and follow up a critical path, interdependencies, and milestones to drive value
· Impeccable presentation and communication skills to lead workshops, and meetings with Senior Leadership.
· Familiarity with common business software, project mgmt. programs, and IT systems
· Strong working knowledge of business management best practices , ideally within Consumer Products industry
· Given the wide scope of engagement, candidate must be highly adaptable , and feel comfortable leading different types of programs across functions, with different team members and stakeholders
· Quick learner , with strong aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
· Curious mindset, eager to learn regarding new technologies and latest disruptive trend in the industry
· Customer centric mindset, to ensure decision making always put customers, clients and shoppers at the center.
· Innovative and creative mindset , feels comfortable driving the solution & offering recommendations despite limited data and uncertain environments
· Team player, that can effectively collaborate across functions, and develop and mentor team
Education
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required). Ideal majors in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology
· Advanced Degree such as an MBA, Master’s in engineering or Finance (Preferred)
· Fluent in English & Spanish.
