Job description


The leadership of Business Intelligence team; Strategy for the analysis of sales and business systems:

- development, presentation, and implementation of a plan for the possible effective integration of data (for the short and long term) in order to combine all existing sales data management systems. Change management to support the business in the process of data integration;

- assistance to the management of the Sales and Customer Management departments in solving current business problems thanks to the effective management of activities and a transparent system for analyzing sales data and business systems for the timely adoption of commercial decisions (reporting, process, tools, communication);

- development of a new analytical reporting system for the sales department of Caucasus within the established deadlines and corporate requirements. Ensuring the preparation, consolidation, and submission of reports (including situational reports) in order to provide the necessary information for making the right strategic and operational decisions;

- introduction of a new unified data processing system for all regions with the aim of introducing a single transparent process for reporting and data throughout Caucasus

The efficiency of sales, market research, and competitors :

- management of the development and implementation of analytical methods for assessing sales organization by competitors: the formation of the necessary data groups to evaluate the required activities, coordination of data collection from the fields with a specified frequency and accuracy, and the provision of results to company management in order to support the adoption of business decisions;

- analysis of opportunities, and determination of potential prospects by validating analytical business data obtained from Sales, Marketing, and Finance, in support of the joint development of various categories.

-ensure Sales Reporting Self-Service model in place and work effectively by right tools and KPIs in place, end users are well-trained and informed.

People management:

-Absorb business needs in intelligence area. Drive CR in system thru design and validate blueprint with business and solution team.

-Cooperate with Sales Support Center peers and manage their allocated resources indirectly to ensure that tasks and objectives of the function are completed with the available team resources by means of proper task assignment, progress tracking and issues flagging.

-Form and Lead CAU BI team with main objective to support business in making effective data driven decisions based on automated reporting

•       At least 3+ years experience in a similar role

•       Managerial experience

•       Knowledge of the Business principles of FMCG companies (sales of consumer goods);

•       Understanding the sales process and factors that are in a causal relationship with their effectiveness;

•       Excellent analytical, project management, and presentation skills

•       MS Excel and Power BI advanced, advanced data analytics excellence & solid knowledge of VBA & SQL;

•       Highly motivated, assertive, decisive thought manager

•       Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence different decision-makers

•       Strong collaboration style
