Overview
Newly created Business Development role within the Pepsi Lipton Joint venture that will lead the Away From Home Channel in NASEA Region with the aim to unlock the massive RTD Tea growth opportunity
Responsibilities
Customer JBPs: Lead AFH customer JBPs and marketing for Jollibee, KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds across Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam
New business customer pitching: KFC Viet, McDonalds Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam
New Powders business model: Lead business case development, pilot and commercialization for ‘scoop’ powders in Thailand & Philippines + explore for Malaysia, Vietnam. 3 year biz potential 4MM 8oz
Ecommerce: Lead AFH & Retail Ecom penetration development across major NASEA markets
Qualifications
Essential Experience
· Customer &/or category management
· Middle level FMCG sales management
· Strong commercial understanding
· A good strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to partner with senior level executives and across all levels of the organisations
· Experience translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
· Future focussed - looks ahead and uses broad range of category and consumer knowledge to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles
· Holistic business understanding including P&L
· Strong influencing and people management skills - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project.
