Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The primary objective of the Business Analytics LATAM is to lead the data and analytics agenda for transportation and fleet management across 15 countries in the region. This pivotal role involves leveraging advanced data analytics, robust database management, and exceptional communication skills to optimize logistical operations, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making within transportation.
Your Impact
As Business Analytics LATAM, your responsibilities would consist of …
· Accountable for stablishing and following GHG agenda, deliverables, supporting analysis, coordinating stakeholders and team members responsibilibilties & functions from L04 up to LG partners.; Reporting status to follow projects timeline / progress to Sr. leaders.
· Harness advanced data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from transportation and fleet-related data.
· Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of comprehensive databases related to transportation activities, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility. Implement data quality standards and protocols to guarantee the integrity of transportation-related databases.
· Establish robust data collection mechanisms for key transportation metrics. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, providing insights into transportation performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with regional teams in 15 countries to standardize data collection methodologies and ensure consistency in reporting practices.
· Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively to gather relevant data and insights.
· Supports fleet & transportation projects through execution and facilitating. Provides support for project initiating to closing and ensures to incorporates lessons learned into the project processes, best practices, methodology and tools.
· Develop and update the detailed project plans aligned with the functional areas and key stakeholders.
· Ensure active risks / issues detection and mitigación trougth the different tasks and crossfunctional areas.
· Lead the periodical construccion of project status and ensure the correct communication for the several forums. Provides project management support through metrics & scorecards (monthly and weekly communication);
· Proactively shares information, best practices, and ideas with others throughout PepsiCo
· Encourages others to constantly look for better ways of doing things
· Stays current with trends in the external environment and applies that information within the context of his or her job
· Fosters an environment of innovation and personally champions breakthrough ideas and initiatives
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
· Education: Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering
· Strong proficiency in data analytics, with a proven track record of utilizing data-driven insights to optimize transportation operations. – Advanced Excel, Power Point, PowerBi
· Software: Blue Yonder, SAP, One Network, Salesforce (preferred)
· Language: Spanish / English fluent
· Expertise in managing complex databases and implementing data quality standards.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
· Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse geographies.
· Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
· Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities
· High degree of influencing & collaboration
· Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
