To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Audience Insights Manager . This role will Lead an audience first approach within the PepsiCo Total Connections Planning & Personalisation at Scale process in conjunction with Brand Teams to build insights in order to develop addressable activation audiences that feed into briefs and maximise personalisation of media and creative.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  

·  Responsible for scoping data led audience recommendations for all campaign led and Always On media plans for final approval by senior Media & DX managers.
·  Build and own the execution of a comprehensive Test & Learn agenda that will inform creative Personalisation at Scale for execution across all brands.
·  Support the embedding of the internal integration of Flybuys Unpacked into PEP BU.
·  Identify and execute future Use Cases for building out cDNA capability.
·  Support annual audience strategy as part of broader Portfolio strategy
Qualifications

About you:  

·  Insights experience or understanding
·  Experience in Media / Digital would be beneficial
·  Project management & capability building expertise
·  Tertiary / Degree qualified is preferable
·  Branding building experience would be considered
