Assoc Admin Professional-Location
Responsibilities
Accountability:
Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise
· Work with EDM/CESR/AR team re: Masterfiles (Set up new Customer #'s, inactivate customers, add loc/credit app, CETS maintenance for equipment placement, NSF customer payment term changes, org or route maintenance, set up nat'l account outlet numbers, sales tax exemptions, eCheck setup)
· Administer specific applications/time bound processes include specific SME tasks (Dispute Management, S/4 Hana, ERT, SAP Masterfile’s, Respond & recover) in an accurate and timely manner
· Accounts Payable: MyBuy and P-Card payments. Set up Suppliers and administer payments in all AP applications for the location
· Payroll: Process weekly payroll data for the location and work with management and HR maintaining Kronos/SAP employee files as well as compliance.
· Settlement: Settle drivers route data, checks and documents. Prepare daily bank deposits, scan checks and reconcile data
· Facility support: Backup support for admin team, Employee appreciation and special events
Technical Skills:
· Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
· Monitor emails and phone calls: proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
· Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
· Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
· Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
· Work on special projects as necessary
· Ability to perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,300 - $53,100 based on a full-time schedule
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
· 2 + years’ experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
· Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll experience preferred
· Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
· Experience in prioritizing work multi-tasking- strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
· Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills- discretion with sensitive information
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Requires creative thinking and problem solving skills
· Respects values, differences and acts with integrity
· Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with limited supervision
