ASSOC ADMIN ASSISTANT (CASHIER)

Job description

Overview

Position is to manage day to day receipt of cash and checks from customer sales rep, prepare bank deposit and update cashiering system

Responsibilities

·  Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
·  Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
·  Ability to verify CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposit on a daily basis
·  Ability to learn and use currency/coin counters to count and settle daily route activity
·  Update cashiering system by CR and customer specific information
·  Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
·  Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism on a daily basis
·  Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
·  Ability to track CR over/short amounts in excel and communication issues back to CR or sales manager
·  Administer specific applications/time bound processes to include specific SAP, MDG, ERT, ESC and Excel
·  Work on special projects as necessary
·  Capability to lift 20lb repetitively

Compensation and Benefits

 

·  The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,300 - $53,150 based on a full-time schedule.
·  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
·  Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

·  1± years’ experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
·  Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel
·  Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
·  Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
·  Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
·  Excellent verbal communication skills
·  Attention to detail
·  Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
