Overview

This role is responsible for sustainment and delivery of the Plant and Fleet Maintenance (subprocess of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)) capabilities of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) built through SAP S4 concepts for PBNA.

Objectives are to ensure the sustainment and successful delivery of the PGT solution while supporting the execution of business processes related to Plant and Fleet Maintenance processes. This role will adopt and adhere to PEP SAFe agile principles for the PBNA PGT solution.

- Spare Parts Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day activities of the Plant and Fleet Maintenance team comprised of internal and external resources.
• Partner with the Plant and Fleet Maintenance Global Process Lead (GPL) and Solution Design Lead (SDL) to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution.
• Support decision-making Plant and Fleet Maintenance, and localization of functionality in the PGT during deployment.
• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities.
• Ensure lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the Markets, especially around interfaces to approved retained legacy or other SAP systems.
• Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology.
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against.
• Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies.
• Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements

Qualifications

Years of Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Plant and Fleet Maintenance
• 3+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
• 2+ years of SAP Ariba Supplier Resource Management and Supply Chain Collaboration experience preferred.

 

Technical skills Required:

• Strong experience in end to end Plant and Fleet Maintenance design and development including integration with other functional areas like RTR - Record to Report, Make to Deploy and procure to pay.

• Knowledge of A/R solutions deployed within PepsiCo
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+ , Azure DevOps, Quality Center, Service Now, Xmatters and MS Project
• Solves highly complex problems within their work team
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
