Overview
The Sr. Analyst - PGT HTR Solution Design role will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and deployment of the HTR scope of the PepsiCo Global Template solution.
This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Hire to Retire area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) and the integration thereof with SAP SuccessFactors. Within PGT the PepsiCo workforce related HR data is critical to support other value streams such as Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Make to Deploy (MTD), Procure to Pay (PTP), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and a variety of different workflows as part of PGT supported processes.
The objective of this role is to ensure that the Global Template solution supports the required HR data to enable the PGT processes for PepsiCo. The role collaborates with global HR operations in standardization of the business processes and ensures that the configured PGT S/4 system confirms to the Global Template approach while enabling the integration of the critical data from the PepsiCo global HR solution SAP SuccessFactors. This role augments the capability within the Enterprise Solution function to deploy the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in an agile manner to multiple markets.
This role will support SAP S/4 configuration, deployment testing support and successful go-live. In addition, during testing support, the role will be required to ensure successful integration from PepsiCo’s global HR solution, MyHR, leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors solution. The role will work closely with global HR operations to determine the course of action required to correct the records that failed to update the corresponding infotypes in the PGT system via the standard replication.
The incumbent will work under the direction of the PGT HTR Solution Design lead, who will guide and help manage escalations and stay focused on delivery effective solutions. This role will work closely with the Integrations Lead for PGT HTR. The incumbent will also work with the Testing Lead and/or Analyst to deliver testing efforts for system break-fixes as well as with other Data Quality and Audit resources, within the team, to clear data issue, ensure quality going forward and acknowledge any audit issues, if applicable.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the Solution Design Lead for Hire to Retire and different business experts from process areas to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable
• Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests - Accountable
• Support configuration for HTR sub areas for any localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
• Ideate with HTR Solution Lead, deployment HTR Process Leads and SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template – Consult/Execute
• Partner with the RTR, MTD, OTC, PTP, TPM and other teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
• Participate in key deployment planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute
• Along with other team members identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
• Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
• Help to implement best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.
• Monitor the data replication between Employee Central and the new PepsiCo Global Template system several times during the day
• Analyze each one of the failures, identify the root cause of the issue, identify the course of action required to correct the records that failed to update the corresponding infotypes in the PGT system
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in SAP HR system implementations/HRIT including configuration of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, engineering or other technical domain
• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP HR system implementations/HRIT including configuration of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
• Experience on working in large scale HR SAP solutions: Employee Central and SAP HR required
• Experience with the troubleshooting of SAP HR configuration and integrations
• 3+ years of experience with an ITSM (IT Service Management) type ticketing solution / ITIL Framework
• Experience in documentation and revising remediation processes and procedures.
• Proven experience in customer service
