Overview

Main Purpose of the role:

 

This role supports the sustainment, design and development of Make To Deploy capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S/4 concepts). Objectives are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to Production Planning, Production Execution and Quality Management across all the 40+ FLNA Plant sites in North America.

This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.

This role is a new role introduced as a result of FLNA PGT Go-live.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

 

Part of team responsible for sustain operations, break/fixes and continuous improvements - Accountable

Work with offshore resources to effectively support end user system issues, coordinate issue resolution with power users, and manage escalations to functional solution architects and technical resources - Accountable

Monitor ticketing system and follow up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems and resolve any escalation issues that may arise. - Accountable

Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute

Establish KPIs and reports that keep key stakeholders in business and IT informed.

Plan, prepare, and execute knowledge transfer sessions between implementation, delivery and DevSecOps teams.

Collaborate with all scrum teams to deliver an optimized end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging Pepsi Agile Methodology (PAM)- Consult / Execute

Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / Execute

Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors

Adopt and adhere to PAM principles and values:

Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste

Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged

Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

Qualifications

Yeasrs of Experience:

 

5 or more years of Functional experience working with SAP Make to Deploy - Warehouse and Inventory management

 

Mandatory Technical Skills:

SAP S/4 HANA, MDG

Previous experience in a sustain or DevSecOps role preferred

Strong experience in end-to-end MTD planning and execution design and development. This includes integration with other functional areas like OTC, FTS, RTR, PTP etc.

Strong Knowledge and experience on MTD specific Technical objects

Solid understanding of MTD Master Data

Ability to facilitate requirement discussions production planning and scheduling business processes

Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.
