Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microservices Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of microservices architecture, Java, Spring Boot and mobile technologies. As a Architect, he/ she will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient solutions that align with our business objectives of the commerce platform.

Responsibilities

·  Architect, design, and implement microservices-based solutions that are scalable, resilient, and high-performing.
·  Define and enforce best practices for microservices development, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
·  Possess a strong command of Java and Spring Boot technologies.
·  Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to microservices architecture.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and product owners, to ensure successful implementation of microservices solutions.
·  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
·  Identify and address performance bottlenecks in microservices architecture, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
·  Implement and enforce security measures within microservices architecture to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
·  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
·  Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address issues within the microservices environment.
·  Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to microservices architecture.
·  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for microservices architecture, including design documents, technical specifications, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications

Mandatory Skilss:

·  Proven experience as a Microservices Architect with a strong background in Java and Spring Boot.
·  In-depth understanding of microservices design principles, patterns, and best practices.
·  Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
·  Experience with API design and implementation using RESTful services.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

·  Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
·  Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
·  Knowledge of reactive programming and event-driven architectures.
