Overview

·  Delivery for data and advanced analytics for Net Revenue Management (NRM)

Responsibilities

·  Lead delivery of ideas and projects for Data and Analytics within time and budget independently with minimal supervision
·  Drive solution design and build to ensure scalability, performance and reuse.
·  Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
·  Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing, balancing demand and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs.
·  Partner with the business in requirements, data analysis, testing of the solution and adoption of the solution in NA and LATAM.
Qualifications

Years of Experience

·  6 + years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management
·  4 + years’ experience in data and analytics build and technology delivery.

Mandatory Technical Skills

·  Excellent remote collaboration skills
·  Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities.
·  Solutions Delivery experience - expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability
·  Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management
·  Experience in Data, BI or Analytics projects
·  Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, advanced analytics capabilities and data catalog tools
·  Data profiling and analysis

Mandatory Non-Technical Skills

·  Ability to collaborate with people from different regions and backgrounds.
·  Business users from insights, marketing and other commercial functions (L7-LG1)
