Responsibilities

The Opportunity   

 

The Advanced Analytics Team will work on many different reporting projects and also spending their time running iterations of a Model, creating complex queries to help derive insight from intern data.

Responsible of check, organize and analyze data on a daily basis to aid optimization efforts and assist in revenue-driving decisions.

Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships to help groups work together and more effectively to enable holistic decision-making.

 

Your Impact 

As Analytics Insights Assoc Manager your scope would consist of

 

·  Execute the Advanced Analytics agenda across value chain processes discovering new business opportunities delivering strategic avenues and prioritize BU´s resources (E)
·  Develop and Execute the e-commerce Analytics agenda to deliver portfolio customization and Customer differentiation, in a profitable & sustainable way
·  Develop and Execute Sales Analytics Portfolio to identify opportunities (Inventory Management at Vans, Optimal Algorithm Portfolio Mix in vans) across Sector, Categories and channels, solving issues as OOS and portfolio incrementality (E)
·  Execute Optimal portfolio definition for each distribution channel and It´s embedment in Mix management process (E)
·  Advice and share Advanced Analytics models and best practices within PepsiCo Regions (LATAM & Global) to leverage and build Advanced Analytics capability (DC)
·  Lead and develop growth forecast planning and their affection due to Macroeconomic factors and commodities inflation to establish BU´s growth targets for PSP and AOP processes(DC)
·  Lead multifunctional team (Marketing, Finance and sales) to execute the Commercial Analytics process, developing statistical model, establishing model gobernance, ensure model is embedded in business process and quantify model benefits (DE)
·  Identify and proposed new statistical methodologies and best practices within PepsiCo and Industry to have the best in class methodologies applied in bussines analytics models (E)
·  Lead  and identify Customer engagement levers, Store segmentation analysis. Execution and shopper growth drivers and its relationship with sales performance (DC)
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?   

 

·  Bachelor’s Degree required in analytics related area ( including Statistics/Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, etc.)
·  +5 years of Data Science
·  3-5 years of strong analytics experience as a sales/marketing quantitative analyst or in marketing/strategy consulting in the retail sector.
·  Ability to translate and deliver analytical results into meaningful insights.
·  Experience with the application of statistics and data science techniques such as machine learning or similar quantitative approaches to solve real-world analytical problems.
·  Escential fluent English (speaking and writing).
·  Escential intermediate Excel (Advanced is a plus).
·  Expertise in implementing high quality, fast services and projects in Python
·  Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytic tool such as R, Databricks, Azure, Power BI and SQL.
·  Track record of building and automating batch and streaming data pipelines, end-to-end Monitoring, and, Alerting solutions.
