Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

BUs, with a monthly average sales volume of 40M Tons and a total direct cost of $1,400MM LC that represents about 30% of the Net Revenue, providing support to the Value Chain and other control teams in securing the accurately flow of COGS related information, such as recipes, intercompany accounting, individual SKU produced or purchased costs and inventory-related FCST and AOP construction; as well as providing monthly analysis of actual costs versus FCST/AOP, MAGO, and YAGO to explain the causes of differences and give input to key stakeholders of the business to take accurately finance decisions. Coordinate and secure the correct accounting of FG inventories and other direct costs.

 

Your Impact

As Acctg Ops Sr Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of …

·  Identification and validation of right accounting records of COGS
·  Ensure COGS according to the MultiCo model
·  Analysis of Drivers of Actuals Vs FCST, YAGO, MAGO and AOP
·  Price and Use Std Cost variation integration
·  Sensitive analysis of Std variations to determine reasonability and visibility to make business decisions
·  Translate the cost accounting into operative & financial performance explanation
·  COGS integration by BU into the P&L by Legal entity
·  Ensure the correct accounting records of the concentrate model for Savory & Biscuits
·  Presentation to Financial Directors of Actuals vs Fcst/AOP
·  Influence Cost BU forecasting, delivering visibility of actual drivers

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

·  Finance or accountant bachelor degree (titled professional)
·  At least 3 years of experience on Cost Analysis
·  Intermediate or Advance English level (written and understood)
·  People Management
·  SAP management
·  Good interaction with different operative and finance teams
·  Expert cost analytical
·  Problem solving skills
·  Priorties management and follow-up
·  Good oral and written communication skills
·  Multifunctional activities and matrix report
·  Analytical skills and focus on details
·  Excel Advanced Skills
·  Used to Manipulate Big Data Bases
