Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

Provide support and follow-up with the services provided by the GL area to the different accounting areas of our LATAM clients to ensure the company's financial processes

 

Your Impact

 

As an Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

·  Support month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.
·  Coordination, preparation and presentation all information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific auditor requirements
·  Support to the OU´s LATAM to assist the business in its diferent controlling.
·  Generate clear communication with OU´s
·  Monitor inter-company transactions and assure inter-companies confirmation balances at month-end with related parties.
·  Prepare monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, P&L & financial attached reconciliations for review and approvals of Controller & Planning Team (before upload in HFM).
·  Consolidate monthly financial statement package (Balance Sheet, P&L, and account balance supporting documentation) to submitted in HFM.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

 

Education

·  Bachelor´s degree in Accounting is mandatory

Experience

·  Experience (desirable) in accounting, control environment and sox compliance
·  Office Intermediate
·  English Intermediate Level
·  Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees and OU’s control team LATAM.
·  Knowledge basics (desirable) in ERP-SAP.
·  Ability to work under pressure with organization deadlines.
·  Work to achive specific targets.
·  Collaboration attitude .
·  Team work.
