The account support manager is responsible for supporting the account managers (2-3 FTE) on several subjects such as promotional coordination/implementation, supporting marketing activations, handling off financial subjects and providing internal and external information to customers on request. You work in a complex environment where you need to be accurate, accountable and financially savvy. As this could be a starting point for a future career within PepsiCo with touchpoints in multiple departments; commercial talent is also a success factor.
You will be working at our brand new headquarters in the center of Utrecht next to Central Station.
Responsibilities
· Promotional coordination, build solid promo year account plans for customers based on contractual agreements, budget (short lasting discounts & trade marketing fees), prior years and according to Revenue and Sales guidelines. Ownership of total promotion financial planning within the Sales department.
· Support shopper marketing and activation plans together with Account Managers in order to achieve the perfect execution on shopfloor.
· Accurate translation of the Customer promotional program into CRM system.
· Deliver a continuous analysis of our promo program delivering insights how to further improve the promo efficiency at our customers
· Forecasting and set up of new product introductions or changes and support account management in strong support plan
· Providing information like revenue overviews, product- and price information, delivery performance, information of competitors
· Pro-actively build your internal network within PepsiCo in the area of Demand Planning, Sales Finance, Field Sales Force, Category management, Shopper marketing, Brand marketing, Perfect Store and peers within Sales.
· Internal & external communication regarding your specific customer/account
· Looking for opportunities and taking initiatives to develop growth at specific customer
Qualifications
· Academic level business administration / business economics
· Accurate, accountable and financially savvy
· Analytical skills (promo analysis and insights generation)
· Commercial capabilities and hands on
· Independent, result oriented, initiative, analytical and ambitious
· Fluently in Dutch and English spoken and in written
· Ability to navigate in a digital work environment
