Spa Receptionist (Part-Time)

As a Spa Receptionist , you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and seamless experience to our guests, acting as the first point of contact for the spa. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of the spa, combining guest service excellence with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome spa guests and manage check -in and check-out processes in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage spa reservations and agendas using Book4Time and Opera , ensuring accuracy and optimal scheduling.

·
Provide clear and personalized information about spa treatments , wellness services, and products , actively promoting available offerings.

·
Handle guest payments, manage billing inquiries, and perform cash closing procedures .

·
Manage guest requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.

·
Coordinate daily operations with spa therapists and supervise treatment room flow to ensure smooth service delivery.

·
Prepare and follow up on daily operational tasks to support spa efficiency.

·
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area in line with spa standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements & Qualifications

· 
Previous experience in spa, hotel, or wellness center reception .

· 
Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail.

· 
Experience handling reservation systems and agendas (Book4Time and Opera required).

· 
Ability to advise guests on services and actively promote products and treatments .

· 
High level of English and fluent Spanish ; additional languages will be valued.

· 
Ability to handle light administrative tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details

· 
Part -time contract (20 hours per week).

· 
Reception coverage schedule: Friday to Sunday .

· 
Availability to start in March .
