Job description
Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and the hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre. Effectively run the Front Office and managing the guest service department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or master's in hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum of 8-10 years' work experience in Front Office Department in 5star hotel / Minimum of 2 years experiences as Asst. Manager or Department head in front office. Good problem solving, communication, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
