Job description
Maintain High standards of Hygiene in accordance with the Hotel's standards and financial goals. To test Food and Beverage at all stages of supply, storage, processing and service for microbiological standards.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Hygiene Manager or Assistant Manager - Hygiene in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
