Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or master's in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 6 years' work experience in Human Resources Department or 2 years of experiences in Asst. Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, Communication, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
