Job description

Your tasks
· You will be responsible for the management of the entire kitchen brigade as well as the representation and full support of the Chef de Cuisine
· You divide up the employees and take over the roster design
· In day-to-day business, you are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen
· Through your creativity, you are responsible for new recipe and food ideas
· You take over the control and ordering of food and work materials
· You lead and develop the team and apprentices and are their contact person
We're looking for
· You have in-depth experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry, ideally in an equivalent position
· You enjoy working in a team and have a passion for your profession in the kitchen
· You are an organizational talent, are self-reliant and have analytical thinking skills
· You speak very good German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage
