The Role

Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a Security Officer to join a highly engaged team with a focus on the safety and security of hotel guest, clients and team members. Our security team is also involved in the delivery of service to our guests, patrons and VIPS

Main Responsibilities

· Ensuring the safety of guest and employees
· To ensure the recording of all occurrences on the computer or appropriate book/s and submission of the necessary reports during their shift.
· To provide access as required, to various hotel areas and to secure the area upon completion.
· To maintain patrols of the complete building and its perimeter at varying times.
· To document and immediately report any incident, accident or unusual occurrence

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have
·  Must have private Security Individual License with Crowd Control and Security Guard
·  Must have unrestricted Australian Working Rights
·  Must have flexible availability, including weekends and overnight
