The Role

The Sales Manager will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Amman and Hyatt International Hotels. To meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximize the hotel's revenues and profits across all revenue streams, to develop a network of contacts to encourage and secure hotel trial of key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify new markets and sales opportunities

· Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients

· Negotiate contracts and agreements for events, conferences and group bookings

· Ensure that all meetings are well planned, efficient and results-oriented

· Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

· Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and packages.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5-star hotel or 2-3 years as a Sales Executive.

· High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results.

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

· Drive for results to outperform competition.
