The Role
The Sales Executive will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Amman and Hyatt International Hotels. To meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximize the hotel's revenues and profits across all revenue streams, to develop a network of contacts to encourage and secure hotel trial of key decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
· Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
· Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
· Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
· Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
· Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
· Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
· Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and events.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
·
1–3 years of sales experience , preferably in hospitality
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
· Ambitious and eager to learn, grow and further develop own career
