The payroll Manager oversees accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the entire Resort organization, including Hotel, Casino, and Shared service units. The role ensures full compliance with labor and tax regulations while managing while managing payroll for diverse employee groups, supporting payroll accounting, month-end closing, labor cost allocation, and forecasting. Close collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations enables stable and effective payroll delivery across all Resort business units.

Payroll manager 는 Hotel, casino, Shared service 등 리조트 전체 조직의 급여를 정확·적시·준법하게 운영하는 역할입니다. 노동·세법을 준수하여 다양한 직군의 급여관리, 급여 회계·월말 결산, 인건비 배부·Forecast 등 협업을 수행합니다.HR, Finance 및 운영 부서와의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 모든 리조트 전반의 안정적인 급여 운영을 책임집니다.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Job Qualification:
*필수요건*
급여 또는 HR 경력 5~10년/ 5-10 years of experience in payroll or HR operations
노동법·세법·4대보험 등 법적요건에 대한 이해 / Strong Knowledge of Labor law, Taxation, Social insurance and payroll compliance
급여 산출, 회계 및 결산 등 에 대한 실무 경험 / Hands-on experience with Payroll calculation, Payroll accounting, accruals, provisions, and month-end closing
연말정산, 원천세 신고 유경험자 / Experience with year-end tax settlement and withholding tax reporting

인건비 배부, Forecast 등 재무 협업 능력 및 데이터 분석 역량 / Strong analytical skills for labor cost allocation and forecasting, with slid Finance partnership capability
내·외부 감사 대응 경험 / Experience supporting internal or external audits
유관부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력 / Excellent collaboration and communication skills with HR, Finance, and operations
