Revenue Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Revenue Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Revenue Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. The Revenue Manager has responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel's revenue streams. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations.
This position is ranked from as Team Leader ~ Assistant Manager level, and will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Team Leader level: Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience
· Assistant Manager level: Minimum 4 years of hotel operations experience
· Practical experience in Hotel Revenue Management, OTA, or Reservation
· Proficient in hotel revenue systems such as OPERA, RMS, Demand 360, Light House, STR, with a solid understanding of Rate, Inventory, and Overbooking management
· Experienced in Revenue KPI analysis, Rate Parity management, and OTA commission reconciliation
· Strong responsibility for managing operational risks such as reservation errors, fraud, and group block, ensuring data accuracy
· Excellent communication skills for collaboration with related departments and external partners
· Ability to communicate in English (email and meeting level)
· Fluent both in English and Korean.
