Discover the art of pastry in the refined setting of Grand Hyatt Barcelona , our prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where creativity, excellence, and attention to detail define the guest experience. Over the course of six months, you’ll become part of our culinary team, with a focus on pastry and dessert production across several dynamic outlets. From our elegant breakfast buffet to our signature café offerings, you’ll learn the fundamentals of high-end pastry in a luxury hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

· 
Support daily pastry production for breakfast, café service, and special events

· 
Assist in preparing and presenting a wide range of desserts, baked goods, and sweet creations

· 
Learn traditional and contemporary techniques under the mentorship of our pastry chefs

· 
Ensure consistent product quality and presentation aligned with luxury standards

· 
Maintain impeccable kitchen organization, hygiene, and mise en place

· 
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver an outstanding culinary experience

Who You Are

· 
Current student at a university

·  Availability for starting the internship in August for 6 months period
· 
Passionate about desserts, flavors, and culinary craftsmanship

· 
English or Spanish necessary

· 
Attentive to detail, eager to learn, and committed to excellence

· 
Available for a 6-month full-time internship

· 
Able to sign a university collaboration agreement

· 
Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
