As a Sous Chef – Pastry , you will support the Pastry Chef in leading the pastry team, ensuring the creation of exquisite menus that reflect Hyatt's high standards. You will be responsible for overseeing daily pastry operations, maintaining exceptional product quality, developing creative menu items, and ensuring a smooth workflow while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Equivalent experience in 4–5-star restaurants or hotels

· 
Good English communication skills

· 
Experience supervising pastry operations and leading a team

· 
Ability to develop creative pastry menus and maintain high quality standards

· 
Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management
