Description

We are seeking an inspired and experienced Integrated Wellness Practitioner with a background in destination wellness resorts and luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to holistic wellbeing, sustainability, and crafting transformative guest experiences.

In this role, you will champion Hyatt's wellness pillars- Full Potential, by delivering personalized treatments, coaching, health assessments, and curated retreats. You will design and lead wellness programs, conduct screenings and classes, and manage facility operations and wellness events. A strong focus on current wellness trends and sustainability is essential.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Holistic medical degree in TCM, Thai Traditional Medicine, Chiropractic, Naturopathy, or Ayurveda
·  3–5 years' experience in wellness, yoga, or retreat management
·  Strong foundation in holistic health, nutrition, or fitness
·  Proven success in developing wellness programs and SOPs
·  Familiarity with luxury hospitality and guest experience design
