Golf Operations Attendant

Job description

· Welcome guests at the golf course and provide assistance with check-in and tee time coordination
· Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring cleanliness, proper charging, and readiness for use
· Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags, and organize bag storage efficiently
· Monitor pace of play on the course and provide guidance to ensure smooth flow of games
· Maintain cleanliness and order in all golf areas, including cart paths, bag drop, and practice facilities
· Provide accurate information about golf course layout, rules, and available services
· Assist with driving range operations, including ball collection and equipment setup
· Support in organizing golf tournaments and special events as required
· Report any maintenance issues on the course or equipment to the supervisor promptly
· Uphold safety standards and deliver courteous, professional service at all times

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or golf-related certification preferred
·  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in golf operations or similar role in a luxury resort or club
·  Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment handling
·  Excellent communication and guest service skills with a proactive attitude
·  Ability to work outdoors, handle physical tasks, and operate golf carts safely
