Job description
· Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications to ensure timely and clear messaging with hotel colleagues
· Contribute towards day-to-day HR activities, including record maintenance and employee relations
· Support the team during payroll processing
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Human Resources.
· Strong attention to detail with good organizational and communication skills
· Familiarity with MS Office along with ability and willingness to learn HR systems
