(Expat) Guest Experience Host

Job description

This position will be specializing in providing services in enhancing guest experiences. His/Her job scope will be including the following:
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and booking entertainment or leisure activities.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Quickly establishes rapport and develops friendly relationships with regular hotel clients.
• Continuously strive for new thoughts and ideas to improve and strengthen the Guest ·Relation, up-dating procedures and implementing them.
• Manage the Arrival Experience and work closely with the Concierge, Front Desk, and Housekeeping Team. Assist Front Office with escorting guests to the relevant destination and use the opportunity to engage with the guests.
• Be sensitive to know the guest's birthday, anniversary, honeymooner, and etc.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read telex, e-mail, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems.

And other guest experiences related tasks assigned by the team.
