The Opportunity
As Executive Chef, you will define the culinary vision for the hotel and lead the kitchen teams across all dining venues. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee culinary operations for Yú Gé, The Nine Elms Kitchen, The Nine Elms Bar, The Magic Table, in room dining and event catering. What you will do as Executive Chef

Lead and inspire the culinary brigade, cultivating a culture of excellence, creativity and continuous learning.

Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and culinary integrity.

Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director and venue leaders to evolve menus, refine concepts and celebrate London's diverse culinary influences.

Guide the creative development and operational execution of The Magic Table, ensuring its continued success and distinctiveness.
·
Shape the culinary direction for events and private dining, delivering refined, memorable and carefully executed menus.
·
Champion sustainable, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients through strong supplier partnerships.
·
Implement robust systems for cost control, purchasing and inventory management, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.
·
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across all culinary areas.
·
Develop training programmes that strengthen skills, encourage innovation and support long term growth within the culinary team.
·
Collaborate with senior hotel leaders to enhance the overall guest journey and deliver a cohesive luxury experience.
About you
You bring significant experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader within luxury hotels, with a strong background overseeing multiple dining outlets and large, diverse teams. You demonstrate refined culinary expertise, creative vision and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations. Experience in a cosmopolitan culinary market such as London is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with Forbes standards. You lead with confidence, humility and collaboration, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional cuisine and elevate the culinary identity of the hotel.
