Job description

施設管理・安全管理業務全般の管理業務をご担当いただきます。
・外部業者（設備保守・警備会社等）と連携し、ホテル施設全般の保守・管理
・設備投資の計画および管理
・予算管理
・防火防災管理業務の計画・実行
・防犯業務の管理・監督
・報告書の作成、提出

You will be responsible for managing all facility management and safety management operations.
・Collaborate with external contractors (facility maintenance, security companies, etc.) to maintain and manage all hotel facilities
・Plan and manage capital expenditures
・Manage budgets
・Plan and execute fire prevention and disaster management operations
・Manage and supervise security operations
・Prepare and submit reports

Desired profile

Qualifications :

・施設管理業務／管理職実務経験2年以上
・社内外を問わず、積極的にコミュニケーションをはかれる方
・PCスキル（Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook等）

《優遇条件》
・ホテルでの実務経験がある方
・日常会話レベルの英語力
・自衛消防技術認定証 または 自衛消防業務講習修了証 所持
・甲種防火管理講習および防災管理講習修了証 所持

・Facility management duties / At least 2 years of managerial experience
・Ability to proactively communicate both internally and externally
・PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

《Preferred Qualifications》
・Experience working in a hotel environment
・English proficiency at a conversational level
・Possession of a Self-Defense Firefighting Technical Certification or Self-Defense Firefighting Operations Training Completion Certificate
