Job description
Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
· Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
· Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide administrative support for HR projects, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
· Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
· Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
·
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
· Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
