Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Sales & Events team with coordinating meetings, banquets, and special functions, ensuring smooth execution of hotel events.
· Support sales activities by preparing proposals, contracts, and maintaining client databases.
· Provide administrative support including reporting, scheduling, and follow-up with clients.

Contribute to guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and delivering professional service aligned with hotel standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
· Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
· Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
· Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
