Job description
We are currently seeking a Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations This leadership role is hands-on and service-driven, responsible for leading the spa team to deliver elevated guest experiences, support colleague development, and ensure smooth operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
·
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise licensed therapists and spa front desk colleagues
·
Lead daily opening and closing procedures, payroll tracking, and service commission reporting
·
Maintain treatment and retail inventory, monitor usage, and place supply orders as needed
·
Support the development of seasonal spa promotions and guest-facing offers
·
Respond to guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
·
Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and wellness
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of spa leadership experience within a luxury resort environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of spa services including massage, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and team supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
