Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
·
Support the Food & Beverage department in restaurant service, event setup, and maintaining quality standards.
· Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and contribute to departmental projects.
· Uphold the hotel's brand standards, safety regulations, and hygiene policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
· Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
· Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
· Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
