About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Chief Concierge to support the daily operations of our Concierge team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests
· Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
· Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
· Assist in on-site events such as weddings or corporate meetings.
· Support the effective day-to-day operations of the Concierge team
· Demonstrate proficiency across all Guest Services functions, including butler service, in-room dining, porterage, and valet.
· Provide leadership and guidance to Concierge.
· Manage guest requests, bookings, and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, particularly for VIPs and group arrivals.
· Assist in service recovery and uphold positive guest and colleague interactions.
· Maintain accurate records, logs, and tracking systems in line with hotel policies.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

·  Previous experiences as a Concierge within a five star hotel or similar environment preferred
·  Strong knowledge of Sydney's attractions, restaurants, and services.
·  Must possess a professional presentation
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to lead by example and support team development.
· 
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

·  Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
·  Extremely organised and well developed computer knowledge
·  Extensive knowledge of Sydney and surrounds
· 
Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia
