About the job
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring overall costs and allocation for selected CBU as well as preparation of DBS performance KPIs reports and dashboards for DBS. Also, you will lead the DBS value creation process, animate the productivity portfolio, and monitor the financial impacts of all initiatives.
In the range of your responsibilities there will be:
· Analyzing DBS costs and FTE variances every month (v budget and v LY),
· Ensuring timely DBS Financial Group reporting and accuracy of DBS cost forecast and actual,
· Implementing and maintaining relevant allocation keys for cross-charging the DBS costs to the DBUs according to the One-Danone cross-charging model, ensure all data is available for transparent communication with the CBUs,
· Monthly maintenance of DBS cost centers, preparation of all cross charges,
· Consolidating the DBS KPIs in a monthly dashboard, analyze variances vs target, and animate monthly performance reviews with the budget owners and DBS Directors,
· Ensuring all DBS team leaders track their team’s performance every month,
· Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of cross-charging DBS costs to the CBUs,
· Monthly animation of the DBS value creation portfolio and Continuous Improvement initiatives,
· Ensuring compliance with accounting and internal control rules regarding DBS costs.

About you
To succeed in that role, we believe you need to have:
· Bachelor's degree with a minimal 2 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a Shared Service environment or overhead controlling environment,
· Business Service mindset attitude to drive continuous improvement against measurable KPIs,
· SAP/Navision knowledge is an advantage,
· Very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, SAP, Power BI,
· Developed analytical and logical thinking which lets you associate facts, conclude, and understandably communicate them,
· Timeliness and reliability in carrying out tasks, and responsibilities,
· Ability to work under time pressure,
· Openness and the ability to build positive relationships,
· Good communication in English is a must.
