About the job
We are looking for an Assistant to join our E-Commerce team in the Czech Republic. This is a perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual with good communication skills and basic knowledge of e-commerce who is looking to develop their career in e-comm. This is a part-time role on a fixed term contract (1 year).
Job description:
· Responsible for price configuration and addressing price discrepancies
· Maintain listings (completing listing cards and uploading photos to the product gallery)
· Order samples and dispatching them to customers
· Updating the activity grid (overview of all promo/mkt activities in e-comm)
· Preparation of all necessary administration for customers (promotional agreements, processing promotional details and adjustments)
· Direct communication with other e-commerce platforms
· E-store check – monitoring our presence on Rohlik, Alza, Mall and other e-platforms

About you
Requirements:
· High school diploma or University student (senior year)
· Previous experience in ecomm industry – as advantage
· Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - must
· SAP and PowerBI – as advantage
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
· Commercial mindset, stakeholder management
· Eager to learn and stay updated with recent team priorities
· Fluency in English (B2) – as advantage
