• Understand Houses consumer primary needs and habits in own specific channels, coordinate and align (cocreate) direction and plan with cross functional Medical/Marketing and Sales organization to deliver Danone-Houses propositions for the shoppers and customers.
• Understand Category Visions, Drivers and Danone Strategy so that derive opportunity to grow Danone-Houses align with Brand direction and Channel Strategy. 
• Develop Brand assessment + understanding of the dynamics and trends within the categories managed with implications to identify opportunities and determine demand creation to achieve sales target and win Danone share across channel or selective strategic channels (per strategy identification.
• Ensure alignment Brand strategies among channels to deliver brand objective and strategy between External stakeholder and Internal Stake holder i.e. Brand strategy perfect Implementation/Launch, Demand Management and Category Development and Merchandising.
• Assist in developing and monitor the ongoing implementation and evaluation of organized channel activities, projects and promotions within budget and on time in order to maximize the return on investment and deliver a level of productivity that meets company plan / expectation.
• Proactively develop/adjust monthly Brand plan and define priorities to deliver brand target by coordinating with both Marketing and CCD Team.
• Understand/Manage Brand P&L as part of A&P and Trade support spending toward Brand perspective. >> Involving annual budget planning indicating channel priority and focus with action plans to ensure that budget allocation is effective and well-spent.

About you

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and Administration.
• At least 3 years in Trade marketing field.

•  Business Analytical Skill, Vision Development skill, Strategic think skill, Leadership skill, People management skill, Customer and Category Management Development (CCMD),

• Project Management and Business Planning, Initiative and follow thru, Sale Management, Supervisory, Coaching and team work.

• Good planning, Time management, Commitment, Focused, Flexible, Opportunity seeker, Customer Orientedใ
