Job Overview:
CGI is looking for a talented and motivated ETL Developer with strong expertise in ETL Development using Informatica PowerCenter to build and manage scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

3-6 years of Lead and manage a team of ETL developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Design, develop, and implement robust ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable ETL solutions.
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and manage deployment activities.
Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, DBAs, and business analysts.
Troubleshoot complex ETL and data issues across environments.
Manage production deployments, support issue resolution, and post-production validations.
Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts to automate data workflows and integration tasks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have skills:
3-6 years of total IT experience, Strong expertise in ETL Development using Informatica PowerCenter
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Unix Shell Scripting
Proven experience as a Team Lead in ETL or Data Integration projects
Hands-on experience in deployment and production support activities
