We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Senior Onsite Delivery Lead / Technical Delivery Manager to support a high-impact enterprise modernization program for Global HVAC Manufacturer. You'll play a pivotal role in leading onsite execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex cloud and application transformation.
We're a close-knit team with access to global resources across North America and offshore delivery centers. You'll work directly with client engineering teams and CGI technical development teams, both onsite and remotely, while partnering with executive leadership in the U.S., giving you exposure to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives in manufacturing and digital platforms.

Looking for a Delivery Lead who has:
-Strong onsite leadership presence with ability to coordinate teams and drive execution in-person
-Experience working directly with client engineering teams and technical development teams to drive delivery outcomes
-Experience leading complex enterprise programs involving cloud, data, and application modernization
-Ability to act as primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders (engineering, IT, operations)
-Strong partnership mindset to work closely with CGI Engagement Manager based in Charlotte, NC
-Experience managing cross-functional teams (architects, developers, infrastructure, data teams) across client and CGI organizations
-Lead daily standups, working sessions, and issue resolution across onsite and distributed teams
-Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking using Agile / hybrid methodologies
-Coordinate across technical workstreams including Azure cloud, data migration, and application services
-Translate technical progress into clear business updates for stakeholders and executives
-Identify, manage, and escalate risks (data complexity, infrastructure dependencies, integration challenges)
-Ensure alignment across onsite execution and executive expectations
-Present program status in weekly stakeholder meetings and monthly CIO / SteerCo governance forums
-Maintain delivery discipline across a hybrid waterfall + agile program structure
-Ensure proper onsite resource coverage and escalate staffing gaps as needed
-Work closely with internal and external business and technical stakeholders
-Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain strong working relationships across teams
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to operate across both technical and executive audiences
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-8+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or similar leadership role
-Proven experience leading cloud transformation or application modernization programs (Azure preferred)
-Strong experience working directly with engineering and development teams in hands-on delivery environments
-Strong understanding of data platforms, migration, and API-driven architectures
-Experience managing distributed delivery teams (onsite + offshore model)
-Experience operating in Agile / hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD exposure)
-Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels including CIO / executive leadership
-Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management across complex programs
-Experience coordinating across infrastructure, application, and data workstreams
-Experience delivering Agile programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
-Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to present to executive audiences
-Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact and decision points
-Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and personality types
-Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and structured reporting cadence
-Ability to work onsite and lead in-person collaboration with client teams
-Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, MES/ERP (e.g., Epicor), or multi-site deployments
