Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting the successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare requirements for cybersecurity platforms, analyze and document security and compliance requirements, and build pipeline for cybersecurity roadmap.
. Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points
. Create and maintain BRD, FRD, FSD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements
. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
. Feature Decomposition, User story creation, Roadmap Management
. Backlog Management, Negotiation, Requirement Sequencing, Dependency Management
. Release Planning, Impediment Resolution, Milestone Tracking and Documentation
. Agile Leadership and Agile Culture Adoption
. Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign‑off
. Work with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC
. Perform impact analysis for requirement changes
. Maintain traceability between requirements, design, development, and testing
. Assist in solution validation and post‑implementation support
. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

. Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Enterprise Security, Banking environments
. Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
. Hands-on experience with Security requirements gathering and analysis
. Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
. Experience working with stakeholders, developers, testers, and product owners
. Proficiency with BA and Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose business solutions
. Good understanding of system integration concepts
. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
. Domain experience (Banking, Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity)
. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
. Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
. Exposure to process modelling tools and techniques
. Exposure to various cybersecurity products like MS Defender, Akamai product family, Splunk, etc
