Job Overview:
CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Scrum Master with strong expertise in Scrum Master to build and manage scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
o Sprint Planning
o Daily Stand-ups
o Sprint Review
o Sprint Retrospective
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress
• Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy and prioritized product backlog
• Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)
• Promote self-organizing, cross-functional teams
• Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process optimization
• Protect the team from scope creep and external distractions
• Support Agile adoption across the organization

Technical & Agile Skills
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus – desirable)
