Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive customer engagement, marketing automation, and personalized communication. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM and marketing solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities:

. Solution Design & Development: Configure, customize, and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).
. Integration: Build and support integrations between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and ETL tools.
. Campaign Management: Design and execute personalized campaigns, segmentation, and customer journeys.
. Data Management: Manage subscriber data, contact models, and ensure data quality across marketing platforms.
. Optimization: Enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
. Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, support QA/UAT cycles, and provide production support.
. Documentation: Prepare technical and functional documentation for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Marketing Cloud innovations, and CRM best practices.

 
Must-Have Skills:

. Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).
. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS for Marketing Cloud customization.
. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and integration with Marketing Cloud.
. Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP, and data integration tools.
. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Audience Segmentation.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 
Good-to-Have Skills:

. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect and Einstein Analytics.
. Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.
. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
. Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance requirements in digital marketing.
