Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, driving CPQ implementations, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems like CRM and ERP
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of Oracle CPQ (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Work on integrations between CPQ and systems such as CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to define APIs and integration workflows.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
Knowledge of front office products such as Oracle CPQ Cloud BigMachines or equivalent, Pricefx or equivalent, ERP platforms (mainly SAP and/or Oracle)
Minimum 5 years experience in the IT field

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in end-to-end CPQ implementation lifecycle.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Exposure to pricing strategies, quoting processes, and product configuration.
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting.
• Oracle CPQ certification.
• Domain experience in telecom, manufacturing, or SaaS.
